I have been investing in real estate for a number of years, in many different cities, and have experienced growth living in Nashville for over a decade. These experiences have afforded me the opportunity to see what benefits growth can bring and what challenges it can bring. Wilson County is experiencing tremendous growth currently and that type of exponential growth can be a challenge in many ways. Specifically, this type of growth can bring forth major affordability issues, both residential and commercial.
